Objectives
A. To be a successful business, and to this end:
I.Operate at least as efficiently as any comparable business.
II.Maximize the net worth of the State's investment in the Port Corporations.
III. Exhibit a sense of social responsibility by having regard to the interests of the community in which it operates and endeavor to accommodate these when able to do so.
B. To promote and facilitate trade through the port facilities.
C. To ensure port safety functions are carried out properly.
